Does anybody know how to type out the word "pinata" so that the ~ goes over the "n"?

There are people who will revoke my Latino permit if continue to violate the "~ Rule".

For capital N tilde, you type all this: Ñ
For lowercase n tilde, you type this: ñ

For lowercase n tilde, you type this, but with NO SPACES: & n t i l d e ;

I use windows and I use ALT key (hold it down) and type 0241. Like this ñ now I forgot for the capital. Coñooooooo.
